The topic of this article is how to make the purchase and sale of #NFTs in the Sgozz Ecosystem in a few simple steps.
A little info to remember that in these first months of 2022 about 37 billion dollars have already been sent to the NFT #market (Source: Chainanalysis).
So, it is a sector that offers opportunities both for artists who want to sell their creations and for collectors who want to have them.
Don't forget that NFT can give particular rights or can unlock special function in an app or a game.
Now here's how to buy and sell NFTs on Sgozz...

Purchase of an NFT
The purchase of an NFT in the Sgozz application can be done either through the "NFT Discover" page or going to another user's profile and seeing the NFTs he owns in the "Deck".
Initially, the most common case, the purchase from the NFT Discover page, which shows the different collections that user can decide to buy.
In this case, the user will have to click on the chosen NFT, opening its detail page.
Then, user can select one of the two options between the "Make an offer" or "Buy now" because some NFTs can be purchased at a fixed price with the "Buy now".
In other cases it will be the seller that has to accept an offer like in the case of the English auction.
But Returning to the cases:
Buy now
o After clicking on "Buy now", a screen will open with some info data and NFT price;
o Select the "Buy Now" button again;
o Click "Confirm" in the Metamask window to authorize the transaction and the NFT will be part of your collection!
For what concerns the gas fees, necessary to make operations on Ethereum, there are taxes to pay only one time, the One-time fees and those to be paid every time a given operation is carried out, Recurring Fees.
Buying an NFT requires the payment of a fee, One-time fee, to grant permissions for the #wallet to interact with Seaport, if the user has not already done at least one operation on the Ethereum network.
If the user has already made an operation on #Ethereum, buying an NFT requires the payment of a fee each time (Recurring fees).

Make an offer:
o In this case, user have to decided the amount in #WETH and the offer deadline;
o Once the seller has accepted the proposal, the NFT will be yours.
Furthermore, it is also possible the case that you see another user's NFT through their Deck and you want to try to buy it:
• Go to his user profile and select the “Deck”;
• Click on the NFT that you are interested in, and then select "Make an offer";
• Decide the amount in WETH and the expiry date of the proposal;
• Click “Confirm” on the Metamask window to authorize the transaction.
After accepting the offer, NFT will become yours, so you can share your beautiful artwork using Augmented Reality!
Finally, if it is not the first to operate on Ethereum, it is the user who accepts an offer who has to pay a Recurring Fee.

Sale of an NFT
On Sgozz it is possible to show your own NFTs created and those purchased by other users and then sell them.
These are simple steps to sell an NFT:
Go to your user profile and select the “Deck”;
Click on the NFT that you want to sell and select "Sell";
The user can choose to sell NFTs at a "fixed price" or through "Auction":
At this point, if the user selects Fixed Price:
o User chooses the amount in Ethereum and the expiry date of the proposal;
o Click the "Sell" button;
o Click “Confirm” on the Metamask window to authorize the transaction.
On the other side, there is the possibility to sell NFTs with English Auction.
The English auction is a feature that will be available soon.
Currently, users will only be able to participate in the auction, by submitting offers from Sgozz, but without the possibility of being able to auction their NFT from Sgozz.
This operation must be done on OpenSea, and then user can make bids (in WETH) from our #HyperVerse.
The winner of the English auction will gain your NFT when the time is up.
Both selling operations not require the payment of a gas fee on Ethereum network.
